I started with one question: why do most small businesses online look the same — and disappear into the background?
Five years deep into digital — marketing, strategy, branding, web — I kept seeing the same thing. Great businesses with bad websites. Real expertise hidden behind generic templates. Owners paying agencies that didn't understand them.
I built Ouceal to fix that.
One founder. Three services. Every project handled by me, end to end. No account managers, no junior designers, no scope-creep surprises. Just clear strategy, honest execution, and work I'd put my own name on — because I literally do.

I'm Moroccan, based in Germany. I work in three languages — German, English, Arabic. Structured like a German engineer, creative like a Moroccan craftsman. Both, at the same time.

When I'm not delivering client projects, I'm sharpening the same skills on my own products — most recently a full personal CRM, designed and coded from scratch in Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase.
